Marriage IS tough but there is so much joy in the struggle.
Compromise is SO key. We must not forget that we come together as individuals so it's a must to maintain that individuality while joining together as a couple.
My husband and I will be married 16 years in August and we've had struggles, but through maintaining and respecting each other's individual concerns and opinions we always seem to find a happy medium.
One person simply cannot win all of the battles and this is where compromise comes in.
